The Copyzero license is a copyleft license for free content, promoted by Costozero.org.

Main features of the license:

• it is written in Italian and designed for Italian law.
• it disallows DRM
• it has an high degree of compatibility with other copyleft licenses: its "persistence clause" states that derived works can be relicensed under a different license provided it meets the following criteria:
  1. it is also a copyleft license
  2. it disallows DRM
  3. it contains a condition of persistence, analogous to the present persistence clause
