Crossed out swastika
You're showing the hindu swastika, the nazi one is slanted. Zazaban 00:16, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- This is intentional - I fight whole nazism, even in its initial hindu form. Remember: RAAF - 100% ANTIFA! I do not tolerate even lightest form of nazism - no pasaran! RAAF 10:13, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, no, the swastika is a hindu religious symbol, it has been for thousands of years. The nazis hijacked it because hindus are 'aryan.' It originally had nothing to do with racism. Apart from that, it is also used by jains and buddhists. Zazaban 01:49, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- For me hindu things are a sort of proto-nazism. Proofs here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindutva Remember: "FASCISM NATIONALISM RASISM on this shit far not ride" - no pasaran! RAAF 18:18, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

- Buddhism and Jainism use it as well. Jainism believes in respect for bloody microbes. The swastika is not just used by nazis, it just isn't. In Japan it's used on maps as a symbol for temples. In fact, before WW2 it had no negative connotation. Futhermore, there are many kinds of hinduism beyond Hindutva, saying there isn't is like saying that all christians are conservative fundies or all muslims are terrorists, which is balderdash.Zazaban 19:51, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Just to clarify one thing, while there are some Hindus who do not believe in Hindutva, Hindustva is embraced by a vast majority of Hindus. And Hindu nationalism and Hindutva are quite inter-related. The situation in India is deteriorating with the Hindu nationalist BJP ruling 6 states [1] and the labor organization of the BJP Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMJ) is the largest trade union in the country. Class consciousness among the Indian working class is very low or diminishing and they are living with a false consciousness with the fear of the perceived dangers of Muslims and Christians who they view as enemies. I have quite a bit knowledge on this because I am from India. At present the dominant ideologies in Indian politics are Marxism on the left and Hindutva on the right. The core of the Hindu nationalist organizations Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is world's largest non-communist organization which is a matter of concern. Almost all NRIs, who are Hindus, support the Hindu nationalist political fronts, the organizations like VHP, Bajrang Dal receive fund from Hindus living abroad. You can read these papers [2][3] It will be very hard to differentiate Hinduism and Hindutva at the current Indian political scenario, so you can believe that a vast majority of Hindus in India are believers in Hindutva, in other word are fascists. --Cercopithecus 01:16, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- Yet I'm sure the Hindus who are not fascists use the symbol nonetheless. Also, it is used by groups other than hindus. Zazaban 06:04, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Swastika is used by a whole range of groups, it originally meant almost the same thing as the infinity sign, but more related to time infinity than to spacial one. Nazis used many things (such as the term 'socialism') to make them appear more popular and to gain actual popularity, that doesn't mean that we should surrender the terms and symbols to them. ~ User:Beta_M (VolodyA! English language
Should the non-english portion of this article be moved to the appropriate anarchopedia portal? ~ User:Beta_M (VolodyA! V Anarhist) 2009 December 20 14:24 (UTC)
- I think that he did this, because to smash fascism effectively, RAAF/ANTIFA message should reach firstly Germans in German language as fascism originators, and secondly rest of the world in English language at once. 79.191.249.216 19:54, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
- I'm not going to get into debate about this, but all that you have said is a load of nonsence. (1) Fascism originated in Italy, and they speak Italian and not German there. (2) This is English language project, and people who do not speak English will not read this at all, so you won't reach them here. (3) Antifa is not "German only" group, it exists in many different countries, not only in Germany. There are Russian antifa for example. ~ User:Beta_M (VolodyA! - User:RAAF and User:ANTIFA are direct translation of http://appunk.w.interia.pl/afraaf.htm but with various stickers. I think that this is done to internationalize this manifest of RAAF/ANTIFA. 83.30.48.67 09:39, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
