An article does not have to be a target of systemic bias to be deleted from Wikipedia, but it would obviously help.
Deleted articles and their edit histories can be restored upon request; the requirement that this should be requested of the editor who deleted the article is not a Wikipedia rule, and should be circumvented for reasons obvious to everyone but Wikipedia, it seems
Content deletion is considerably less serious than article deletion, as the page history can be exhumed / excavated as long as the page remains in mainspace. See Category:Content deleted on Wikipedia
